R K PROFILES® PVT LTD was conceptualized in 1995, started commercial operations in 1997 at Sector 24, Faridabad, and is being professionally managed and promoted by technocrats for the last 25 years. We are an IATF16949, ISO14001 certified company involved in the manufacturing of EPDM rubber profiles, rubber moldings, and rigid/soft PVC profiles.
As part of our expansion plan, a new plant R S PROFILES® PVT LTD became fully operational in the year 2012 at Sector 58, Faridabad, with state of the art plant and machinery with 5 extrusion lines for Soft and Rigid PVC Profiles and 1 extrusion line for Co-extruded PVC profiles.
We have a professionally built and organized factory building with a built-up area of 75000 Sft. at R.K. Profiles® Pvt. Ltd. and 30000 Sft. at R.S. Profiles® Pvt. Ltd. We are a certified STAR EXPORT HOUSE and a member of major Industrial Organisations. We manufacture all products as per DIN/ISO/ASTM/BS standards adhering to different industrial norms. We are a leading exporter of the aforementioned profiles to over 20 countries worldwide and have more than 400 overseas projects to our credit. Our ever-expanding network includes local representatives in 5 different countries namely UAE, Germany, and others. Our product database ranges up to 10000 variations of rubber profiles of sizes 4mm to 120mm width, along with customizable design specifications, which are fire resistant as per IS 15061. We have in-house facilities to manufacture and assemble all types of automotive fabricated windows as per AIS-068 standards featuring bend, welded, quarter, and single/double sliding windows.
In addition to this, we produce a collection of uPVC, Soft PVC, Co-extruded PVC profiles, and moldings for use in expansion joints, control panels, containers, doors & windows among other applications.

We have in total Seven Extrusion Lines in all with UHF Microwave curing for EPDM & Silicone Rubber profiles with a production capacity of 15MT Per Day with more than 10,000 die Sets. Power back-up from 3 Gensets sufficient enough to run 24×7 to meet all production schedules.
We are OEM’s to Professional automobiles manufacturers like Tata Motors, Tata Marcopolo Motors Limited, Ashok Leyland, DICV, Volvo, JBM Auto, SML Isuzu, ECEL & many more. We have created a niche for ourselves in the Bus body building segment with all major STU’s & Bus bodybuilders as our customers.
In Architectural & Building segments we are also system suppliers to major facade manufacturing system suppliers globally. We are proudly associated with Top Global companies like EFP, KAWNEER, KOMMERLING, etc.
It would not be out of point to mention that we are ISO/TS 16949 & ISO 14001 certified company. We are also a registered Export House for the last 15 years with Govt. of India. We have also been recognized as a STAR EXPORT HOUSE by the Government of India and Department of Industries and Commerce.
